Quality Dental is an independently owned and operated boutique dental surgery located in the North Sydney CBD. We are a dynamic practice that focuses on the needs of each individual patient and their oral health, providing effective treatment and personalised customer service.

Our philosophy at Quality Dental is that we identify optimal treatment plans for each patient and ensure that we perform the work to the highest standard. No shortcuts. No surprises. No sub-standard materials. Our goal is to build our patients’ dental well being to optimise their oral health for life.

Quality Dental’s state of the art facility is located in Sophos House on the ground floor at 1 Elizabeth Plaza. Quality Dental is partnered with a leading dental laboratory in Sydney enabling Quality Dental to provide our patients with the highest quality materials and laboratory work.

Quality Dental is currently undergoing Voluntary Practice Accreditation through Quality in Practice to stand out amongst its peers for quality assurance.

Dental Technology

We love technology at Quality Dental and we want our patients to benefit from the latest dental technologies and gadgets. As a patient at Quality Dental you will view your x-rays and photos of your teeth in-chair while Dr Cronin explains your oral health diagnosis – this is a great visual aid to help you understand what the problem is and your treatment options! We have a separate x-ray room, which is home to our whiz bang panoramic x-ray machine. This sophisticated piece of machinery means that you no longer need to go off-site and see a radiologist to have full mouth dental x-rays taken. We also have the most up-to-date and sophisticated sterilisation facilities with your safety in mind.

Dental Customer Service

To make us stand out from the rest of the dental crowd we go that little bit further to make your visit to Quality Dental more enjoyable and maybe even fun. We’re embracing the 21st century and we’ve gone paperless. As a patient this means you can fill out your new patient form on our iPad, and if there is time, feel free to read an on-line newspaper or load up a game. We also offer real-time on-line booking on our website if you want to organise your next appointment from the comfort of your office or home. You can indicate the appointment type and select from the available time-slots – it is that easy.

We strive to run on time, every time, so if you want to arrive a little earlier than your scheduled appointment you can settle in and peruse our great selection of modern and current magazines (Harpers, Monthly, Delicious, Time Out, etc.).

Taking a holistic approach to customer service means we want to keep your ears happy as well as your teeth so we have put together a chilled out modern soundtrack for your visit, or if you would prefer to listen to your own tunes we can plug in your smart phone.

After your appointment with Dr Cronin we have created a space for you to make sure you look your best when you leave our practice. Our patient vanity unit has a large mirror and hand-basin stocked with delicious smelling and beautiful feeling Aesop products, soft hand towels and tissues.
