Maria Flanagan – Client Management Team Leader & Business Development Manager
As head of the Client Management Team, Maria is responsible for the smooth running of the practice, from appointments through to organising our media events. Maria has been with Quality Dental from the beginning and has played a key role in the growth and success of the practice. Her belief in delivering exceptional customer service underpins the QD patient experience along with her comprehensive knowledge of all of the general and cosmetic dentistry services we offer. Maria is definatley a people’s person and loves the social aspect of her role – talking to and meeting our patients.
Natasha Spencer – Front Desk
Natasha is responsible for looking after our patients and managing the QD appointment book. If you haven’t spoken to her over the phone, you will get a chance to meet her when you come in for your first appointment. Natasha is full of life and is always willing to take on any challenge work and life offers her. She does a fantastic job organising the appointment book and our patients! Natasha will always work out a way to fit you in when you really truly need to see Luke or Treva – just one of her many talents!
Victoria Morgan – Front Desk
Victoria manages the front desk and patient appointments along side Natasha. Victoria will be one of the first people you meet when you first arrive at Quality Dental, and she will ensure you are looked after from the moment you arrive and settle in, through to booking your next appointment when you are ready to leave. Victoria’s calming persona will instantly put you at ease and help you forget you are at the dentist.
